We are a Christ centered business that offers alternative solutions for better health, and wellness in the mind, body and soul. I begin my personal journey by consuming sea moss, elderberry along with other natural herbs and drinking natural teas for over a year on a daily basis. I begin to notice that my energy levels increased, I was more focused, my appetite changed I was less hungry which begin to help with weight loss and I even noticed an increase in my testosterone level but, most importantly I noticed there was a change in my immune system which was super exciting to me not that I was one to be sick often, but even with allergies during the season changes that no longer bothered me and it helped me to stay even more healthier throughout the year and that is major especially in these times.
